Introduction :-

Ovarian cyst or PCOS ( Polycystic ovarian syndrome ) is one of the most common endocrine hormonal disorder which leads to primary or secondary infertility in female. About 20% of women in their reproduction age faces this problem.
In PCOS ovaries produces higher amount of  “Testestorone hormone” ( male hormone ) resulting in high level of” luteinizing hormone” and low level of “Follicle stimulating hormone” due to which follicles does not produce mature egg leading to  anovulatory cycle and irregular mensuration.
In PCOD, mature eggs do not get discharged and collect in the ovaries due to hormonal imbalances.
